Hudson RPO's streak of record quarters has ended, with the Australian market now "cautious but consistent", says APAC CEO Kimberley Hubble.
The company's Australian revenue declined by 9% year-on-year in constant currency to US$24.4 million (A$36.5m; Q1 2022: A$42.5m) in the first three months of the year.
Contracting revenue was down 16% "due to the loss of a significant customer in Q1 2022", but revenue for RPO recruitment grew 17% (US$0.9m, A$1.3m) "as the result of new client wins and higher demand from existing clients", the company says in its latest results announcement...
