Bias and subjectivity still cloud feedback to candidates

Providing feedback to candidates is a critical part of the recruitment process, but hiring managers' lack of interview prowess is often a major obstacle, a TA leader says.

Simon Hedt, talent lead with marketing agency August, said many hiring managers aren't well-trained interviewers, leading to poor outcomes when it comes to feedback.
