Unprecedented job losses induce caution among IT workers

Redundancies among IT workers are at an all-time high, and employees are more cautious about changing jobs than they have been in years, research has found.

Clicks IT's authoritative IT Workforce Insights report 2024-2025 shows that salary increases and flexible work conditions are less important considerations for candidates than in the last couple of years. (The report included more than 750 responses from IT workers surveyed in July 2024.)
