"Heart-wrenching" Bullhorn data reveals missed BD opportunities

High workloads often lead to recruiters losing sight of essential client and candidate data that can be leveraged for business development, according to Bullhorn leaders.

Two in five clients do not return to the same recruitment agency for a second job, Bullhorn data shows. This means when recruiters put in hard work to build relationships with clients, they only benefit from it once, Bullhorn regional sales director Khanh Pham told the recent RCSA Shape conference.

The finding, extracted among data from Bullhorn's 10,000 global users, is "heart-wrenching", considering the number of touchpoints recruiters go through to win a new client, he said...
